B型超声在诊断子宫肌瘤的应用价值

目的探讨超声检查作为临床最常用的检查子宫肌瘤的诊断方法与金标准(病理检查)的符合程度,从而说明超声对于子宫肌瘤这一临床常见妇科疾病的诊断价值。方法用经腹超声常规扫查法检查。检查内容包括:子宫肌瘤位置、大小及回声特征,并动态监测病灶变化。结果经B超检查并经手术病理共118例,超声诊断敏感度为93.5%,特异度90.9%,误诊率9.1%,漏诊率6.5%。结论超声可较准确观察子宫肌瘤的声像图特征,及时为临床选择治疗方案提供参考依据。

TO approach the coincidence degree that examination of ultrasound compare with gold standard （pathology）, in order to illustrate the ultrasound is a valuable method in diagnosis uterus myoma which is a common disease of obstetrics. Methods Using ultrasound of abdomen, include ： the location of uterus myoma size, and character of echo, and monitoring the diversify. Results there are 118 patients who are taken to Ultrasound examine and operation, at the end we get the result of pathology. Sensitivity is 93.5%, specificity is 90.9%, misdiagnosis rate is 9.1% ,rate of missed diagnosis is 6.5%. Conclusion ultrasound is able to accurately observe the echo of uterus myoma, and provide reference of treatment project.
