摘要
目的探讨不同剂量D-半乳糖致小鼠脑老化模型。方法3月龄昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为D-半乳糖75、120、150、1000mg/kg组和空白对照组。D-半乳糖各剂量组小鼠每日颈背部皮下注射给予相应剂量的D-半乳糖,空白对照组皮下注射生理盐水,连续给药8w后观测小鼠行为学及脑内酶学指标。结果D-半乳糖各剂量组小鼠与空白对照组比较,空间和非空间认知功能均受到不同程度损伤,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量也有不同程度改变。结论各剂量D-半乳糖连续8w颈背部皮下注射均能导致小鼠脑指标改变,但不同剂量D-半乳糖对不同指标的影响存在明显差异性。
Objective To explore the effect of different dosages of D-galactose (D-gal) inducing brain aging mouse model. Methods Three-month-old mice were randomly divided into 75, 120, 150, 1000 mg/kg D-gal groups and conlrol group. The mice of D-gal groups received subculaneous injection of D-gal once daily. The mice of control group were administered with saline. After 8 weeks, the ethology and enzyme of brain were detected. Results Compared with control group, the cognitive function and the content of superoxidase dismutase (SOD) , malondialdehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT) of the mice treated with D-gal were changed in some extent. Conclusions The various dosage of D-gal injection for 8 weeks can change the indicators of brain but there are different effects on indicators among dosages.
