Function and Regulation of Plant Aquaporin

摘要 植物水孔蛋白是属于MIP家族的一组跨膜蛋白,介导细胞与介质之间快速的水分运输,是水进出细胞的主要途径。水孔蛋白在植物种子萌发、细胞伸长、气孔运动和逆境应答等过程中调节水分跨膜快速流动。本文就水孔蛋白的结构、分类、定位、基因表达调控及其功能的研究进展作介绍。
