锌指蛋白A20转基因预处理对小鼠内毒素血症肺组织炎症损伤的影响 被引量:4

摘要 内毒素性急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)是严重创伤或感染后出现最早、发病率最高的并发症之一。该病进展迅速,病情凶险,进一步发展可成为ARDS,甚至导致多器官功能障碍以致死亡。目前的研究认为,内毒素(LPS)诱导的过度炎症反应在该病的发生发展中起关键性作用,对过度炎症的抑制策略成为了当前该病治疗研究的热点。
