经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺癌并发膀胱出口梗阻10例

Transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of 10 cases with the symptom of bladder outlet obstruction due to prostate carcinoma

目的探讨治疗前列腺癌患者膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)的安全有效的手术方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电切通道成形术方法治疗患者10例。结果10例前列腺癌行TURP均获成功,术后随访,IPSS评分(7.6±3.0)分,最大尿流率(12.3±6.4)ml/s,PV前列腺体积(24.2±4.3)g,未出现并发症。结论经尿道前列腺电切结合内分泌治疗是治疗前列腺癌并发膀胱出口梗阻的一种有效方法。

Objective To investigate a safe and efficacious operative procedure to treat the bladder outlet obstruction BOO due to prostate carcinoma. Methods 10 patients who had （BOO） due to prostate carcinoma were treated with transurethrai resection of prostate. Results 10 patients who had BOO due to prostate carcinoma successfully treated with transurethral resection of prostate. The patients had been followed up. IPSS was （7.6 ± 3.0）, the Qmax was （12.3 ± 6.4）ml/s, and PV was （24.2 ± 4.3） g. There were no serious complications. Conclusion Our results show that the combination of transurethral resection of prostate with endocrine was a safe and effective method for the treatment of bladder outlet obstruction due to prostate carcinoma.
