摘要
对软开关变换器的准确建模,可以正确设计软开关变换器的各元件的参数,使软开关变换器的性能得到进一步提高。本文结合新型全桥ZVS PWM DC-DC变换器的软开关工作特点,利用PWM开关等效模型,推导出了新型移相全桥ZVS PWM DC-DC变换器的小信号模型。并通过对小信号传函的幅频及相频特性分析,证明了这种模型具有物理意义清晰、计算简单等优点。
Modeling the soft-switching PWM converter accurately, the component parameters of the converter can be designed correctly, and the performance of soft-switching converter can be improved further. According to the operating characteristic of the novel phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS PWM DC-DC converter, this paper deduced the small-signal model of the proposed full-bridge ZVS PWM DC-DC converter based on the equivalent switching circuit model. The magnitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of small-signal transfer function have been analyzed, and from the result of simulation, we know that the proposed modeling has many advantages such as clear physical meaning and simple calculation.
