关于我国企业建立跨国战略联盟的思考

Thought on Constructing International Strategic Alliance in Chinese Enterprises

目前,我国企业仍处于跨国经营的初级阶段,参与国际分工的水平还比较低。我国企业国际化进程,提高企业参与国际分工的能力。企业自身要构建核心竞争力,选好联盟形式,应从建立跨国战略联盟入手,加快制定好跨文化管理战略,加强对联盟的监管;政府部门要为此创造宽松条件,并大力推进企业实施跨国联盟战略。

Now, the international operation of Chinese enterprises is still in primary stage and the level of participating international division is lower. So we need improve the ability of Chinese enterprises to participate in international division in the process of internationalization. To construct core competitiveness and choose alliance form, Chinese enterprises should establish international strategic alliance first, set intercultural management strategy quickly, strengthen the supervision on alliance; meanwhile, the government should provide favorable condition, and promote the enterprises to take the strategy of international alliance.
