摘要
随着电力工业的发展,设备容量的增大,电压等级的提高,采用多年的对设备进行定期预防性试验、定期维修等制度,已明显感到跟不上需要,为此,国内外已开始推行状态维修制。要实现状态维修,重要的是要通过巡视、试验等手段及时搜集状态信息。国内外已开发出多种较有效的在线检测或监测方法,将它们与停电试验相配合,对及时发现缺陷更为有利。困难的是电气设备的绝缘强度或残余寿命等与测得的其他参数之间并没有函数关系,因此,要对测到的参数进行全面、科学的综合判断。这些工作都可采用人工智能、专家系统来实现。文中并简介了国内开发出的电气设备诊断用专家系统实例。
Along with electric power industry's development, plant capacity's enlargement, voltage classs enhancement, uses many years to carry on regular systems and so on preventive test, regular service to the equipment, has felt obviously cannot follow the need, for this reason, domestic and foreign started to carry out the condition service system. Must realize the condition service, more importantly must through patrol, method prompt collection status messages and so on experiment. Domestic and foreign has developed many kinds of effective online examinations or the monitoring method, coordinates them with the power cut experiment, is more advantageous to the prompt discovery flaw. What is difficult is electrical equipment's insulation strength or the remaining life and so on and obtains between other parameters not to have the functional relations, therefore, must to measure the parameter carries on comprehensively, the science synthetic judgment. These work may use the artificial intelligence, the expert system to realize. In the article and introduced the electrical equipment diagnosis which domestic developed to use the expert system example.
