大学生的就业问题一直是社会关注的热点,独立学院作为普通本科高等学校的重要组成部分,毕业生的就业情况决定着独立学院的生存发展和社会稳定,就业指导工作已成为独立学院面临的重大问题之一。本文在分析独立学院大学生就业指导工作目前所存在问题的基础之上,就如何做好独立学院大学生就业工作提出了几点建议。

The employment of the undergraduates has always been the major concern of the society. As an important component of the colleges and universities, the employment situation of the undergraduates determines the survival and development of the independent college and the stability of the society. The issue of the employment guidance has become one of the major problems faced by the independent college. On the basis of the existed problems of the current employment guidance of the undergraduates in an independent college, the paper puts forward several suggestions on how to do well the employment work of the undergraduates in an independent college.
