浅谈国有独资企业总经理办公会议议事制度的建设

On Construction of Office Procedure Meeting System of General Manager in State-owned Proprietorship

随着现代社会加速发展的急剧变化,对企业重大事项的决策,仅仅依靠总经理个人的领导能力已经远远不够。因此,从国有独资企业不科学合理的企业治理结构来看,应当加强企业管理,建立和完善规范企业治理结构,依法建立和健全集体讨论决定企业重大事项的议事制度,形成科学和民主的决策机制。

With the rapid development of modern society, the personal leadership of general manager cannot make a decision on some vital events. To avoid unscientific governance structure in state-owned proprietorship, we should strengthen management, improve enterprise governance structure and procedure meeting system on vital events through collective discussion, and form scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism.
