摘要 在生理情况下,氧自由基作为机体内正常代谢产物含量极少,其产生和消除处于动态平衡,一旦平衡被打乱,过多氧自由基成为致病因子,损伤机体组织引发疾病发生。该文就氧自由基来源、生物学作用,氧自由基在牙周炎发病中的作用机制以及其清除作一综述,以期探讨防止氧自由基损伤在牙周炎治疗中的应用。 In terms of physiological function, oxygen - derived free radical ( OFR), acting as a normal me- tabolite product with extremely low content in the body, always keeps in dynamic balance while it is produced and elim- inated. However, OFR will become a causative agent when the balance is damaged. Subsequently, the organism can be injured and some diseases occurre. The current paper overviewes the source of the OFR, its biological function, and the mechanism of actions and cleaning of the OFR in periodontitis so as to explore the clinical application in the therapy of periodontitis.
