肝圆韧带的螺旋CT影像表现

Spiral CT appearances of the ligamentum teres hepatic

目的探讨肝圆韧带在螺旋CT影像的表现。方法总结我院近1年来螺旋CT所检查的肝脏病例(1550例),CT常规扫描:层厚7mm,层间距7mm,部分行增强检查。结果1513例肝圆韧带未见明确显示,35例为结节样稍低密度影,2例门静脉高压时可显示肝圆韧带内左脐静脉重新扩张开放。结论正确认识肝圆韧带的不同的螺旋CT影像表现,有助于鉴别肝组织的其它病变。

Objective To discuss the spiral CT appearances of the Ligamentum teres hepatic. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 1550 cases with liver diseases which all underwent the regular CT scans： slice 7mm. interval 7mm, some of them underwent the pre-contrast and the post-contrast scans. Results Ligamentum teres hepatic couldn＇ t be obviously discovered in 1513 cases, but the ligamentum teres hepatic appearanced as a little low density nodular in 35 cases. When portal hypertension the left umbilicalis vein reopened and dilated, the ligamentum teres hepatic could easily be discovered. Conclusion It is useful in distinguishing the other disease of liver to correctly recognize the different CT appearances of ligamentum teres hepatic.
