摘要
目前,我国青光眼基础科研面临巨大机遇和挑战。北京同仁医院眼科在青光眼基础科研的实践过程中,立足于青光眼致病基因筛查、房水引流通道及视网膜神经节细胞损伤等研究领域,开展了青光眼与形觉/非形觉通路损伤、色素播散综合征及青光眼滤过泡相关的基础研究,并与天津索维集团合作进行全景UBM的开发研制,逐渐形成了自已的科研特色和方向。本文就北京同仁医院眼科近年来在青光眼基础研究方面的概况做一回顾。
Currently, the basic glaucoma researches in China are facing both great challenges and opportunities. Beijing Tongren Eye Center as one of the top ophthalmology centers in China are endeavoring to apply its basic glaucoma researches on the fields of glaucoma gene screening, aqueous humor drainage system, retinal ganglion cells＇impairment, image/non-image forming visual pathway impairment, pigment dispersion syndrome, filtering bleb and panoramic ultrasonic biomicroscope development. Up to now, we have formed our own interests and direction. Here, we reviewed the profiles of glaucoma basic researches in Beijing Tongren Eye Center in recent years.
