The paper analyzes the parts which have cracks and leakage in the residential walls and its reasons, points out the precautious prevention and the intermediate control which must be implemented strictly in the process of construction by the establishment of the relative anticrack and anti-leakage technological measures, so as to prevent and control the cracks and leakage in the external wall effectively and to attain better effects of anti-crack and anti-leakage.
