摘要
分析了目前我国工程造价管理工作的现状,就如何改变落后观念、确立全过程控制投资意识,有效控制工程造价进行了详细的论述,同时通过培养一支德才兼备的控制工程造价的队伍,从而保证项目管理投资目标的实现。
The present status of Chinese engineering cost management work was analyzed. How to change backward idea and build whole pro- cess control investing consciousness and control effectively engineering cost were detail discussed. The engineering management investing goal was realized by culturing a group of engineering cost control with morals and ability.
