摘要
本文提出一种不加任何补偿机构就可以提高齿轮加工精度的方法。这就是在滚齿机上用有差动法加工具有任何齿数的直齿圆柱齿轮。经实验证明用这种方法加工可使较难解决的小周期误差减少40%。
A gear hobbing method is presented in this paper, with which the machining precision of the gear can be improved without additional device used in the machine tool. The method is cutting gear with differential gear on a tobbing machine. Experiments have proved that the short perioderror, though difficult to overcome, can be decreased 40% by using the method.
