他汀类药物调脂以外的作用 被引量：1

摘要 他汀类药物是一类疗效显著且在临床广泛应用的调脂药物。大样本随机对照临床试验业已证实，他汀类药物在一级和二级预防中可明显降低心脑血管疾病的发生率和死亡率。通常认为，他汀类药物的临床疗效可能与其抑制胆固醇合成有关，但是，其应用于不同血脂水平患者均可显著获益不能仅用调脂作用来解释；他汀类药物还具有调脂以外的其他作用，例如，抗炎抗氧化、改善内皮功能、稳定和逆转动脉粥样硬化斑块、减轻左心室肥厚和心肌纤维化、
