鞍上异位促肾上腺皮质激素垂体腺瘤一例并文献复习

病例报告
患者女，28岁。因异常肥胖1年，月经失调4个月入院。查体：体重80k，血压170／120mmHg，面部及躯体呈向心性肥胖，右下腹可见紫纹，双下肢有色素沉着；视力减退，左眼视力1．0，右眼1．2，视野正常。早8点血皮质醇836nmol／L（正常为64～536nmol／L），性激素在正常范围内但偏低，余垂体前叶激素正常。头颅MRI示鞍后上方占位性病变。
