Nursing Skills on Communicating with Foreign Armies Patients during Peace-keeping

目的分析总结10个月的维和工作中与外军患者交流的技巧和方法,总结相关护理经验。方法掌握不同国家及种族患者的生活习惯,在努力提高自身英语水平的同时积极与患者沟通,做好临床护理工作,配合医生做好患者的全程诊疗工作。结果通过不断地提高交流技巧,改进护理工作质量,使护理工作受到外军及联合国雇员的一致认可和好评。结论不断提高自身素质,采用多元化的交流方式,及时总结护理经验,并运用于临床工作中,使维和任务中的护理保障有了新的突破。

Objective To analyze the skills and the methods of nursing action on communicating with the foreign armies patients and summarize the experiences of nursing during peace-keeping. Methods To master the living habits of patients in different countries and races and to improve the English levels and communicate with the patients effectively and actively, do well in clinical nursing service match doctors to complete diagnosis and treatment. Results Our nurses were highly approved by the foreign armies and the employees of United Nations for good communication skills and nursing services. Conclusion To improve self-quality, use multiple communication, sum up experience and apply in clinical,and to make progress in nursing of peace-keeping.
