摘要
文化权利作为一种重要的人权,关系着人的文化特性的实现,对于人的全面实现和社会发展的作用不亚于其他人权。考察文化权利的哲学基础、分析文化权利的概念和维度,全面分析和思考文化权利与和谐社会建设的相互关系,有利于更好地理解和谐社会建设对于人民享有文化权利的重要意义。
As a kind of important human rights,cultural rights decide the realization of cultural characteristics of human beings ,and their functions to the realization of human being in all respects and the development of society are as important as the other human rights. The study of nature of cultural rights and dimensionalities of cultural fights can help us to think about the relationship between cultural rights and a harmonious socialist society.
