摘要
使用PIX-30扫描仪对汽车车模覆盖件点云数据进行测量,并结合点云对齐原理,对点云数据进行了对齐。遵循点——曲线——曲面的原则,重构车模外覆盖件。分析了测量中误差产生的原因,并通过软件对误差进行控制和优化。
An approach to scanning automobile outer covering parts point data by PIX-30 scanner, according to the principle of registration, the clouds data are aligned. The surfaces of model car's outer covering parts are reconstructed according to the process that from points to curve and end in surface. The reason and the cause the and tolerance are given, meanwhile the results are optimized by the software.
