Legal Definition of College or University Students

有关高等学校学生的法律研究是高等教育尤其是高等学校法治的突破口。鉴于我国目前高等学校学生的法律界定不足,建议首先从法律上明确典型高等学校学生为公办普通高等学校接受全日制高等学历教育、取得学籍的受教育者,并在此基础上区分不同类型的高等学校学生,分别研究,以期实现管理的科学化和法治化。

Legal research on students of the college and university is crucial to the rule of law in higher education, especially in rule of law of the college and university. At present, there is no a general accepted definition of college or university students. For purposes of the research, college or university students will defined as individuals who are presently enrolled or registered at public college or university and are receiving full - time higher education at that institution. On the basis of this general legal definition can college or university students be classified into different types, which makes it easier to realize the goal of scientific management and rule of law.
