With large quantities and superior quality, the library and the block - printed books by the imperial military governors in the Ming Dynasty, which played the important and active part in spreading, inheriting and developing the traditional Chinese culture, own high carving value and academic value. The author tries expounding and introducing the engraved books which belonged to the above governors in Ming Dynasty from five aspects： their background, amount, quality, feature and value.
