随着互联网技术的发展,信息已成为价值增值的主要来源。价值链理论和虚拟企业理论在市场需求的引导下契合成为虚拟价值链理论。虚拟价值链理论为虚拟价值链的形成与发展提供了理论支持,其运作模式及市场特征为企业发展拓展了时空界线。
Accompany by the development of Interact technology, information has become the main resource of value - adding. Theories of value chain and virtual enterprise are combined with the theory of virtual value chain by the guide of demand in market. Virtual value chain support in theory the forming and developing of it, as its working pattern and marketing characteristic expand the bounds of time and space for enterprise.
