The economic development status and its strategy in south of Henan Province

豫南地区是河南经济发展的边缘地区(本文所指的豫南地区包括信阳、驻马店两市),经济基础薄弱,但劳务经济发展迅速,县域经济发展势头良好。应深化改革,激发县域经济活力,推进农业产业化,壮大农村经济,发展劳务经济,增加农民收入。

The areas south of Henan Province is economically underdevelvped area （This article referred to Xinyang and zhumadian county）, which has weak economic foundation, but labor economy here have made great progress. Its county economy have made rapid development. So it is necessary to deepen reform, stimulate economic vitality. Promote the industria lization of agriculture, strengthen the rural economy, develop the labor economy and increase the income of the farmers.
