摘要
从现有锅炉系统生产运行方式看,送、吸风机的风量只能通过调节挡板开度来调节,而电动机的转速没有发生变化,较大的能源消耗在挡板上。高压内馈斩波调速技术,可同机组自控系统相配合,组成完整的机组优化控制系统,达到提高机组整体自动化水平和节能降耗的目的。
From the existing boiler system production operating mode, the air flow of delivery and suction fan is regulated only through the tailgate opening, but electric motors rotating speed is not changed. More energy is consumed in the tailgate. Inside chopper-fed with high-speed technology, can be matched with the units control system, optimize the composition of the integrity of the units control systems, improve the overall automation level and en- ergy saving level.
