降低低压配电网谐波网损的综合措施

Integrated measures of harmonic loss reduction of low-voltage distribution

降低谐波网损是电网企业节能减排的应有之义。分析谐波网损的估算方法,然后对20个谐波测量点中3个典型案例的数据进行综合分析和评价,在此过程中分析计算了低压配电网谐波网损及其所占总网损的比例。提出从需求侧管理的角度在技术、组织和经济3个层面上对谐波网损进行综合治理,以促进供电企业的节能降耗。

Lowering harmonic loss in low voltage side is power grid enterprises＇ tasks for energy conservation and emissions reduction.This paper analyzes the methods of estimating the low-voltage distribution system harmonic loss.Data of three typical cases of twenty harmonic measurement points is analysed and evaluated. Harmonic loss and share of total net loss ratio is analyzed in the paper, According to the result analysed, harmonic loss is controlled by taking measure of technology, organization and economy based on DSM to realize energy conservation and consumption reduction.
