利用低压载波抄表系统抄表的实时性、准确性以及计算、分析、判断功能,为有针对性地开展反窃防漏工作提供数据依据,从而提高用电检查、稽查的工作效率。
The article uses the character of low voltage carrier meter reading system for real-time meter reading and the accuracy to realize the calculation, analysis and judgement functions. It provides data accordance in order to carry out targeted preventing electricity stealing work so as to enhance the inspection work efficiency.
