供用电合同的签订和履行是电力经营中一项重要工作,但如果在供用电合同的签订和履行过程中不能妥善解决一些实质性问题,将使供电企业面临一系列的风险,对此应采取相应防范措施,以规范电力经营行为,规避电力市场潜在的风险,维护供电企业合法权益。
Signing and implementing power supply and demand contract is an important task in power marketing. However, if many substantial legal problems in power supply and demand contracts can＇ t be solved well, it will make industries face many risks. Defend strategy should be made, and all these will normalize power operation and avoid potential marketing legal risk and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests.
