摘要
重要用户自备应急电源是重要用户应对电网出现突发事件的重要设备,对保障重要用户安全、提高其供电可靠性、维护电网安全运行意义殊远。通过对重要用户自备应急电源的现状及配置意义进行分析,提出重要用户自备应急电源配备及管理对策,确保自备应急电源在关键时刻发挥关键作用。
Key users＇ own emergency electrical source is significant equipment that is used by key users to deal with unexpected incidents in grids. It has significant sense on the protection of key users＇ security, improvement of their electric power supply reliability, maintenance of power grids＇ safety operation. By analyzing the status and configuration meaning of key users＇ emergency electrical source, this paper brings forward equipment and management measures of the emergency electrical source to ensure that the emergency electrical source can play a key role in the crucial moment.
