食管上皮癌变与胎儿食管上皮发育过程中过氧化物还原酶6和分泌型磷脂酶A2蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨分泌型磷脂酶A2(sPLA2)和过氧化物还原酶6(Prx6)蛋白在食管上皮癌变以及胎儿食管上皮发育过程中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测河南食管癌高发区83例食管鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织及癌旁正常组织、基底细胞过度增生、不典型增生和原位癌及65例3~9个月不同胎龄胎儿食管上皮发育分化过程中Prx6、sPLA2蛋白的表达。结果:成人正常食管上皮及各级病变组织中Prx6和sPLA2蛋白均有不同程度的表达,随病变程度加重,Prx6蛋白阳性表达率下降,而sPLA2蛋白阳性表达率升高(P<0.05);胎儿食管上皮分化发育过程中(3~9个月)Prx6蛋白阳性表达率与胎龄无相关性(P>0.05),sPLA2阳性表达率一直处于较高水平(P>0.05)。高分化食管癌组织Prx6和sPLA2蛋白阳性表达率均高于低分化食管癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:Prx6在食管上皮细胞分化诱导过程中起重要作用,sPLA2蛋白可能与食管上皮细胞的增殖有关。 Aim : To study the changes of Prx6 and sPLA2 in fetal esophageal maturative development and adult esophageal carcinogenesis. Methods:The expression of Prx6 and sPLA2 in 83 specimens of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and adjacent tissues and 65 specimens of fetal esophageal epithelium from 3 to 9 months were detected by ABC immunohistochemistry. Results : The expression of Prx6 and sPLA2 in adult and fetal normal esophageal epithelium and precancerous lesion were different, the immunoreaction were located mainly in the cytoplasm. The expression of Prx6 was on the rise and the expression of sPLA2 was on the decline with the development of esophageal carcinogenesis in adult esophageal epithelium (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Prx6 was different in fetal esophageal maturative development(3 -9 months) ; and the expression of sPLA2 was at a high level in fetal esophageal maturative development. The expression of Prx6 and sPLA2 in well-differentiated SCC was higher than that in poor-differentiated SCC (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :Prx6 maybe act an important role in the development of esophageal epithelium cells differention, sPLA2 maybe relate with esophageal epithelium cells proliferation.
