摘要
目的:检测人原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中乙型肝炎病毒X基因(HBX)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测49例HCC组织、癌旁组织及10例正常肝组织中HBX、COX-2与MMP-9蛋白的表达情况。结果:HCC组织中的HBX、COX-2及MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率分别为69.4%、77.5%与61.2%,癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为57.1%、71.4%与79.6%,均明显高于正常肝组织(均为0.0%,P<0.05);HCC组织与癌旁组织中COX-2及MMP-9蛋白的表达与HBX蛋白的表达均分别呈线性相关;HCC组织中有转移与无转移组间HBX、COX-2与MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在HCC的发生发展与转移过程中HBX、COX-2与MMP-9蛋白具有重要作用。
Aim : To study the expression of MMP-9, COX-2 and HBX in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue. Methods:The expression of MMP-9, COX-2 and HBX in 49 cases of HCC tissue and the adjacent non-tumorous tissue,and 10 cases of normal liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of HBX, COX- 2 and MMP-9 in HCC and the adjacent non-tumorous tissue were 69.4% ,77.5% ,61.2% and 57.1% ,71.4% , 79.6% , respectively, higher than those in normal liver tissue (P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant lineal correlation among HBX, COX-2 and MMP-9 immunoreactivity in HCC tissue and adjacent non-tumorous tissue. The expressions of HBX, COX-2 and MMP-9 in HCC with metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : It suggests that HBX, COX-2 and MMP-9 may play important roles in the carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of HCC.
