摘要
目的:检测皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测51例SCC,17例正常皮肤组织石蜡标本中CD147,MMP-9及TIMP-2蛋白的表达。结果:SCC组织中CD147,MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率(65%和59%)明显高于正常皮肤(12%和18%,P<0.05),TIMP-2(37%)明显低于正常皮肤(76%,P<0.05)。SCC组织中CD147的阳性表达率与MMP-9的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.466,P<0.05),与TIMP-2的阳性表达率呈负相关(r=-0.427,P<0.05)。结论:在SCC的发生过程中CD147,MMP-9和TIMP-2起一定作用。
Aim: To detect the expression of extracellular matrix metalloprotease inducer(CD147) ,matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease-2 (TIMP-2) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tissue. Methods:The expressions of CD147, MMP-9 and TIMP-2 were detected in 51 cases of SCC tissue and 17 cases of normal skin tissue by immunohistochemieal SP. Results: The positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-9 in SCC were higher than those in normal skin tissue (P 〈 0.05) , respectively, while the positive expression rates of TIMP-2 was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of CD147 in SCC tissue was postively correlated with that of MMP-9 ( r = 0. 466, P 〈 0.05 ), and negatively correlated with that of TIMP-2 ( r = - 0. 427, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : It is suggested that expression of CD147, MMP-9 and TIMP-2 may be closely correlated with generation of SCC.
