摘要
目的:探求电击死者电流通路的推断方法。方法:10只新西兰兔,随机分为2组,即电击死组与对照组,每组5只。电击死组,用220V交流电的两极分别连接实验动物的左后肢与右前肢,通电致死。对照组,经耳缘静脉注射空气致死。采用荧光RT-PCR技术检测左、右后肢股四头肌与左、右前肢肱二头肌中c-fos mRNA的表达水平。结果:通电肢体兔骨骼肌c-fos mRNA水平远高于非通电肢体骨骼肌(P<0.05)。结论:机体对称部位骨骼肌c-fos mRNA表达水平的差异有助于推断电流通路。
Aim: To explore a way to estimate the current pathway of those electrocuted antemortem. Methods:Ten New Zealand rabbits were randondy divided into two groups:electrocution group and control group, each group including 5 rabbits. The electrocution group was electrocuted:the left posterior limb and right anterior limb of the rabbits were linked to the 2 electrodes of 220 V alternating current. The rabbits in control group were sacrificed by air injection from marginal vein of ear. Fluorescent quantitation RT-PCR was applied to detect the level of c-los mRNA. Results :The level of c-los mRNA in the skeletal muscle of the electrified limbs were much higher than that of the non-electrified limbs. CoNclusion : The expression difference of c-los mRNA of the symmetrical skeletal muscle in the electrified limbs and non-electrified limb can be an index to estimate the current pathway.
