小儿化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3的检测及临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的:研究化脓性脑膜炎(BM)和病毒性脑膜炎(VM)患儿脑脊液中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平变化,为BM和VM的鉴别诊断提供依据。方法:采用ELISA法检测30例中枢神经系统感染(BM13例,VM17例)患儿和15例对照组(不具有中枢神经系统及其他系统感染的同期住院患儿)脑脊液IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3水平。结果:BM组脑脊液IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3水平高于VM组及对照组(P<0.01);VM组与对照组IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3浓度比较差异无显著性。结论:BM患儿脑脊液IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3水平升高,VM患儿IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3水平无明显变化;脑脊液IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-3检测可作为BM和VM的鉴别诊断依据。
