摘要
与现代教师被动异化的总体生存状态相比,古代教师的生存状态是自在自为的。从现象上看,古代教师的教育形式自由自在,教育方法问对谈话,教育生活智慧反思。从本质上看,古代教师的生存具有教育活动与日常生活的一致性、教育过程的生成开放性、师生关系的真诚平等性和关注心灵人格的非功利性等特征。
Compared with the living conditions of modern teachers' passive alienation, ancient teachers' living conditions were self-being and self-making. From the view of phenomena, ancient teachers' educational forms were free and unrestrained, their educational methods were catechetieal and conversational, and their educational life was sapiential and reflective. From the view of nature, ancient teachers' living conditions had the characteristics of consistency between educational activities and daily life, transformation and openness in educational processes, empressement and equality to the relationship between teachers and students, and non-utilitarianism and caring spiritual characters.
