摘要 教师专业共同体是教师专业发展的一个新支点。互动合作是教师专业共同体生存与发展的生命线。校长是教师专业共同体互动合作的"催化剂"。校长引领是教师专业共同体在互动合作中构建的必由之路,校长必须正视自己的使命,引领教师专业共同体保持健康发展。 Teacher professional community is a new pivot for teacher professional development. Collaboration and interaction is a lifeline for teacher professional community. Principal acting as "activator" participates in collaboration and interaction with teacher professional community. Principal's guiding is the only way for constructing teacher professional community. Therefore, principal must face his responsibility to keep teacher professional community a good development.
