摘要
人本管理是当前高校管理活动中积极倡导的思想,目的是通过吻合高校教师的需要调动其积极性。然而,受多种因素的影响,这种目的的实现程度并不理想,高校作为组织所具备的特点是其影响因素之一。因此,笔者力图从组织学的角度对此加以探讨和分析。
People-oriented Management has become an active advocated conception in the present management of the institutions of higher learning. In this way, teachers' enthusiasm can be activated through meeting their demand. However, this goal is not ideally realized due to various factors, among which is the characteristics of the institution of higher learning as an organization. Therefore, I aim at exploring and analyzing it from the perspective of the science of organization.
