摘要
本文首次用扫描电子显微镜观察了莲叶柄管状分子离体次生壁,发现了一些新的精细结构。莲叶柄管状分子次生壁的第二级构架包括两类“垂直线系统”:一类较细,结构简单,为次生壁物质在螺旋细丝之间固定位置上的简单填充;第二类“垂直线系统”较粗,其间有若干条细的垂直线,结构也较复杂,并且在第一级构架(螺旋加厚)和第二级构架(垂直线系统)交汇处形成带有孔洞的特殊结构。

Previously we reported the presence of protein composition in the secondary wall from the Lotus( Nelumbo nucifera ) leaf stalk tracheary elements by the aid of using a new methed for the harvesting large amount of wall materials.In this paper,we studied the isolated secondary wall from Lotus leaf stalk tracheary elements.We observed that there were two kinds of vertical systems in the second order secondary thickening of tracheary elements.First kind of the vertical system possesses simple architecture with a thin diameter as same as seen in other plants.Second kind of the vertical system with a relative thick diameter showed the complex architecture,and there were different size of holes in the cross region of vertical and helical systems.Between the thick vertical systems there may be several thin systems.
