摘要
本文用TEM,HREM分析了热压Y-α/β-Sialon复相陶瓷的组织结构。结果表明长柱状β-Sialon晶粒与等轴状α-Sialon晶粒相互交叉结合在一起,在晶界上无晶间相分布,用会聚束电子衍射法可有效地区分α-Sialon相和β-Sialon相。电子能量损失谱(EELS)分析表明在α-Sialon晶粒中有O,Al,Y的固溶,在β-Sialon晶粒中有O,Al的固溶,X射线能谱(EDS)分析表明固溶含量自晶粒中心到边沿增加,在α/β-Sialon界面达最大值,并分析了α/β-Sialon复相陶瓷的形成过程。
Microstructure of hot pressed Y α/β Sialon was investigated by TEM,HREM.The results show that the enlongated β Sialon grains combine with equiaxed α Sialon grains closely and no intergranular phase exists in the interface of α/β Sialon.The phases of α Sialon and β Sialon can be effectively distinguished using convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED).The results of EELS show that the α Sialon,β Sialon grains all contain Al,Y,O but the β Sialon grain does not contain Y.The result of EDS indicates that the solubility is increased from core to rim of the grains in either α Sialon or β Sialon.The α/β Sialon ceramic composite formation is also analyzed.
