摘要
作者采用无冷冻防护剂保护的超低温快速冷冻法,对心肌组织进行固定,得到了保存极佳的组织结构形态,可溶性离子如钾、磷等也得到很好的保存,并与采用冷冻防护剂保护的心肌组织快速冷冻效果作了比较及探讨。
Two types of sample for transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation were prepared by using Ar ion thinning method at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature. TEM examination has shown that the microstructure in the sample prepared under liquid nitrogen cooling condition retains characteristic of nanophase materials, while in the sample thinned at room temperature some of the grains have abnormally grown.
