All Chinese people were deeply impressed by the year of 2008. The year brought us valuable spiritual wealth, which turned out to be our deepest memories. The past year witnessed the expansion of our national spirit, the promotion of our time spirit, the ex- pression of our courage to win victory, the display of our administrative ethical belief in government for public good and scientific develop- ment, the deepened understanding of the ideas of peace and harmony, and the bettering of the civilization level of the public. Meanwhile, the year also witnessed some weak points of our enterprise ethics. We are supposed to value the spiritual wealth we got from the past year.
