随着我国边境贸易的迅速发展,边境贸易争端的数量、规模和领域都有不断扩大的趋势。因此,就我国的边境贸易争端解决机制的现状及问题展开探讨,提出建立和完善我国边境贸易争端解决机制的建议,以达到维护边贸双方合法权益的目的。

This article discusses China＇s frontier trade, the present situation of its dispute settlement mechanism and the existing problems, and proposes the suggestion to facilitating the dispute settlement mechanism of frontier trade in order to attain the goal of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of relevant sides of border trade.
