摘要
办公室历来是领导机关的综合管理部门,是各级组织的政务中枢平台。高校办公室隶属于办公系统,它也在日常管理运作中彰显综合、参谋、督办、服务职能。在高校工作内容、形式发展到提高高等教育质量上来的今天,政务中枢平台职能的发挥要求高校办公室还应强化日常管理,提高工作效率,做到胸中有大局,手中有情况,脑子有主意,办事有骨干,运作有章法,工作到位不越位,参与而不干预,出谋而不决策,协助而不包办,帮忙而不添乱。
Office has always been regarded as the comprehensive management department as well as the central management platform for organizations at all levels. University office beiongs to management system and it shows comprehensive, advisory, supervision and service functions in daily management operation. Nowadays, the content and form of university work have been developed into the improvement of higher education quality, the functions of central management platform require that university offices should also enhance daily management, improve work efficiency to understand the overall situation with skills, suggestion and backbone leaders and meet the requirements of being methodical in operation, taking appropriate actions, participating instead of intervening, giving counsels instead of making decisions, assisting instead of running the whole show, helping instead of making things worse.
