稳心颗粒联合氟伐他汀治疗高血压病并发心房颤动的临床研究

Clinic study of Wenxin Keli and fluvastatin in treating hypertension with atrial fibrillation

目的观察稳心颗粒联合氟伐他汀治疗高血压病并发心房颤动的临床疗效及安全性。方法将103例高血压病并发心房颤动的患者随机分为对照组(50例)与治疗组(53例),两组均接受常规降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予稳心颗粒,联合氟伐他汀口服,随访1年。治疗前后、随访期每3个月对两组的心电图、24h动态心电图,超声心动图分别给予记录,检验血清CRP、P-选择素浓度,并监测血压、肝肾功能、肌酶、血脂。结果随访1年后,治疗组房颤复发率少于对照组;治疗组血清CRP、P-选择素水平降低较对照组明显。结论稳心颗粒联合氟伐他汀治疗高血压病并发心房颤动安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin Keli and fluvastatin on essential hypertension patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods 103 patients with essential hypertension with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group and therapy group. Both of the groups were treated with conventional methods and the patients of therapy group were treated with Wenxin Keli and fluvastatin, additionally. The electrocardiogram, 24-hour holter monitoring, echocardiogram and serum levels of CRP and P-selection were observed before and after treatment. The liver function, renal function, blood lipids, and creatine kinase were detected. Results Compared with control group, the arrhythmia recurrence rate and the levels of CRP and P-selection on therapy group reduced obviously （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is saft and effective to treat essential hypertension with atrial fibrillation with Wenxin Keli and fluvastatin.
