摘要
目的探讨外伤性颅内多发血肿的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性总结102例外伤性颅内多发血肿的临床资料。结果本组102例按Jennett＆Bondy预后分级：Ⅰ级20例（19．6％），Ⅱ级10例（9．8％），Ⅲ～Ⅳ级31例（30．4％），Ⅴ级41例（40．2％）。结论外伤性颅内多发血肿应采取个体化治疗措施，选择适当的手术时机和方法能提高治愈率，改善预后。
Objective To discuss the diagnose and treatment of multiple intracranial hematomas in head injury. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with multiple intracranial hematomas in head injury were analyzed. Results According to the classification of Jennett ＆ Bondy prognosis, there were 20 cases （19.6%）, 10 cases （9.8%）, 31cases （30.4%） and 41 cases （40.2%） at Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ-Ⅳ and V grade, respectively. Conclusion Multiple intracranial hemato-mas should individually be treated. The proper operation could be effective for it.
