LOX-1与血管成形术后再狭窄

摘要 血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体(LOX-1),是氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)特异性受体,其与配体结合后具有损伤内皮细胞功能、促进局部炎症反应、增加局部氧化应激等作用。近年来的大量研究显示LOX-1与经皮冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)术后再狭窄有关,现就近年来LOX-1及其在PTCA术后再狭窄中的作用研究进展作一综述,以期进一步了解PTCA术后再狭窄发病机理,为临床治疗PTCA术后再狭窄提供帮助。
