基于模糊数学理论并结合评价前沿新理论,在煤炭建设项目经济评价定性分析量化研究中应用了"三角模糊数两极比例法",建立了煤炭建设项目经济评价的三角模糊数多指标群的评价模型,应用层次分析法对这些指标进行综合量化,进而复合成一个具体的综合指数值,通过指标两两比较的方法构建判断矩阵,然后计算指标权重,进行一致性检验。该方法可为煤炭建设项目经济评价的发展提供新的理论参考。

Based on fuzzy mathematics theories and evaluation forward theories, apply the ＂triangle two poles comparison method＂ to quantity research of qualitative analysis on coal construction project economic evaluation. An evaluation model of triangle fuzzy multi - index group for coal construction project economic evaluation is built. Comprehensive quantity of these indexes is made using layer analysis, leading to integration of a concrete comprehensive index value.
