针对第三方物流企业(以下简称TPL企业)在企业决策中存在的评判客户订单贡献能力、平衡物流服务与物流成本上存在的困难,探讨了TPL企业订单处理系统的问题,尝试建立带有物流能力约束的订单处理系统模型,并给出了相关解法,最后通过实例对模型进行应用,应用WinQSB软件进行求解,其结果对物流企业降低订单处理系统的决策复杂性及缩短订单处理周期具有一定的指导意义。

In light of the problems existing in the evaluation of the ability of customer orders contribution, the balance between logistics service and logistics cost in business decision-making of third-party logistics companies, the essay explores the TPL order processing system, tries to establish the order processing system model with logistics ability, and given the relevant solution, finally the mode is applied through a concrete example, by applying WinQSB software to solve, the results have certain significance for the logistics business to reduce the decision-making complexity of order processing system and shorten the order processing cycle.
