河南省丰富的自然资源与人文资源对旅游者有着巨大的吸引力。然而,河南生态旅游的发展过程中出现了众多非伦理问题,这些问题严重制约了生态旅游的可持续发展。本文从政府、旅游开发者、游客三个行为主体层面构建生态旅游可持续发展环境伦理体系,旨在为我省生态旅游可持续发展提供哲学支撑和实践借鉴。

In this article, the environmental ethical system of eco - tourism sustainable development is established from three Points：the authority, the tourism developer and the visitor, which is aimed at providing philosophic support and practical reference in the eco - tourism sustainable development of nature reserve.
